Pre-Acquisition and Design Phase

  • Feasibility (site purchase) and comprehensive geotechnical investigation including geologic and seismic hazard evaluations and infiltration testing
  • Consultation during design
  • Assistance with preparation of construction specifications
  • Third Party value engineering evaluations

Construction Phase

  • Geotechnical observation and testing related to earthwork
  • Foundation inspections (spread footings, mats, drilled and driven piles, helical piles, stone columns, etc.)
  • Shoring and tie-back anchor inspections and testing
  • Consulting related to field conditions
  • Final Reports

Post – Construction Phase

  • Forensic investigation related to geotechnical conditions
  • Long–term site performance monitoring/ geotechnical instrumentation
